Fluency in English (writing and speaking) – it will be
tested

Previous experience in Call Center occupying the highlighted
position
- Skills with computer (internet).
Will report daily to a supervision in Israel
Main
activities:
–
Will be responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing calls, and analyze the
results, providing feedback to improve the quality of services to our
customers.
–
Will monitor calls to identify the performance of departments, identifying
trends, and gaps in terms of skills and/or training, and will recommend
improvement opportunities for the training staff.
