Our Global Customer Experience is seeking a Training and Content Specialist for our Global Education and Knowledge team, whose responsibility is to designing and delivering learning solutions as well and create and edit customer-facing content. This position will develop, maintain and deliver both internal and external knowledge solutions.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Design, develop, maintain and improve new and existing training material for customer support related to new hire orientation, new products, new process, new tools, and soft skills.
- Conduct training needs assessments.
- Design, develop, and maintain associated training evaluations and tests.
- Collaborate with customer support management to document training material.
- Collaborate with product and relationship marketing to document and align new products, and messaging with existing process.
- Collaborate with technical experts to document content related to new processes, tools, and job aids.
- Communicate small enhancements and product updates to local teams.
- Maintain overall design, setup, and administration of content within the Knowledge Management system.
- Produce global reports for training evaluation, attendance, and testing metrics Support programming of new hire and sales training events.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer of training material to regional training delivery specialists.
- Manage training translation process.
- Create and edit customer-facing support content to deflect contacts.
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Knowledge of instructional design principles including training analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and knowledge management.
- Knowledge of documentation management and version control.
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Learning management System functionality and instructional design tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or similar tools (demonstrated experience a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required (in related field a plus).
- 2-3 yrs work experience is desireble.
- Desire to establish a career in instructional design and development a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Spanish speaking ability preferred.
Location: Centro, Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
Required schedule of hours: 9:00am -6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
