Finance Manager – Business Partner – for Pharmaceutical Industry – Rio de Janeiro
Scope
The candidate will be the finance business partner for SC in one of the most important sites of GSK in Latina Region. Plant is going through a site-wide program and this specific position should be able to perform the following activities:
• Control program budget expenses, including generating ACTUAL vs BUDGET variance analysis reports, performing reclassifying accounting entries and creating presentations to senior management
• Partnering SC team
in creating CAPEX proposals, including Financial KPIs analysis (DCF, Yield
• Assessing multiple investment alternatives; identifying value drivers; providing business insights and recommendations
• Additionally to support SC Program, this position also involves Financial Planning of plant expenses and CAPEX.
Initially this position will be hired for a fixed term as the program lasts until Dec 2015. However, all efforts will be made to retain talent in GSK and line manager has a sit in the In-Country Finance Board where finance talents are reviewed.
Profile
• 6+ years experience in Finance business partnering roles, preferably partnering Supply Chain function (costs)
• 2+ years experience as a manager
• Proven experience with direct reports and people development
• Fluent
English speaker as this person will be attending meetings and workshops in English and will be dealing with a multi-cultural team
• Able to successfully navigate in complex organizational structure and build effective relationships
• Demonstrate proven examples of GSK Finance behaviours
• Graduation in top university
